As a Deputy Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20-30 healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff. You will implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with international standards such as Joint Commission International (JCI) and ISO 9001. Utilizing tools like Epic EHR and Power BI, you will drive data-driven decision-making to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

- Oversee the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care.
- Manage a team of 20-30 healthcare professionals, providing leadership and mentorship.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with international standards such as Joint Commission International (JCI) and ISO 9001.
- Utilize Epic EHR and Power BI to drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Hospital Director/CEO to develop and execute strategic plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospital operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Certifications in healthcare management, such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certified in Healthcare Executive Leadership (CHEL).
- Strong understanding of international standards like JCI and ISO 9001.
- Proficiency in using Epic EHR and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
