📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our fleet of motorcycles, ensuring they are in good condition for rental.
• Process motorcycle rentals, including check-ins, check-outs, and billing.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Assist with vehicle maintenance and repairs, working with our mechanics when necessary.
• Ensure all rental transactions are accurate and processed efficiently.
• Promote our motorcycle rental services to guests and ensure they have a positive experience.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on local regulations and best practices for motorcycle rentals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Familiarity with motorcycle maintenance and basic repair skills is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Basic knowledge of English is required, with Bahasa Indonesia as an advantage.
• Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a bonus.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy items.
• Valid motorcycle driver's license is required.
