Berjaya Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Area Manager to join our team in Makassar. This role is crucial in supporting the Area Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Area Manager in managing and coordinating all aspects of project operations.,Oversee the daily activities of the project team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Monitor project progress and report any issues or concerns to the Area Manager.,Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of project reports and presentations.,Support the Area Manager in the recruitment and training of new team members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
