📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all building systems and equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the properties.
• Manage and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the maintenance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Building Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance and facilities management.
• Certification in building maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Proven experience in managing and leading maintenance teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
