📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and plan infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and public utilities.
• Oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technology, and best practices in civil engineering.
• Ensure all projects are environmentally friendly and sustainable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure and construction projects.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Familiarity with environmental and sustainability practices in construction.
