📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from inception to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using project management software such as MS Project and Primavera.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
• Manage project documentation and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as MS Project and Primavera.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
