Utilizing tools like Epic EHR and Power BI, you will drive data-driven decision-making to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospital operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Certifications in healthcare management, such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certified in Healthcare Executive Leadership (CHEL).
• Strong understanding of international standards like JCI and ISO 9001.
