📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant.,Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.,Oversee inventory management and restocking.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Assist in training and developing new staff members.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.,Support the Operations Manager in implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures.,Assist in preparing and maintaining reports on daily operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and food safety regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
