📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for regional housing projects, focusing on affordability, sustainability, and community needs.
• Coordinate with local governments, NGOs, and private sector partners to secure funding and resources for housing initiatives.
• Oversee the design and construction of affordable housing units, public housing, and mixed-use developments.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with provincial and national housing regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for new housing projects.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and urban planners to ensure high-quality, functional housing solutions.
• Represent the provincial government at national and international housing conferences and forums.
• Foster community engagement and participation in housing development projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in housing development, urban planning, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale housing projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations.
