Every day, you'll be out in the field, working with a variety of technical equipment, from routers and switches to fiber optic cables and antennas. You'll be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining these systems, ensuring they meet the specific needs of our clients. You'll also be the first point of contact for any technical issues, providing prompt and effective solutions to keep our clients' operations running smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain a wide range of technical equipment, including routers, switches, fiber optic cables, and antennas.
• Provide on-site technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Ensure the smooth operation of our clients' technical infrastructure, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to prevent potential problems and ensure the longevity of our clients' equipment.
• Document all technical work performed, including installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the engineering and support teams to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide the best possible support to our clients.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field support, technical support, or a similar role in the telecommunications or IT industry.
• Strong understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
• Proficiency in using technical tools and software, such as Wireshark, PuTTY, and SolarWinds.
• Familiarity with fiber optic installation and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
