📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts using Power BI, SAP, and Excel.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and actionable.
• Identify financial trends and risks, and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably in a corporate or investment banking environment.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, SAP, and Excel, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certification in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
