In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. As the Head Chef, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation as a leading culinary destination in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all culinary operations, including kitchen staff, inventory, and food costs.,Develop and implement new menu items and culinary concepts to enhance customer experience.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to uphold quality and service standards.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure food quality.,Lead and participate in culinary events and special projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines, with the ability to innovate and create new dishes.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Hold a relevant culinary certification or degree.,Experience in managing a budget and ensuring cost efficiency in culinary operations.,Knowledge of modern kitchen equipment and techniques.
