📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Handle HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee development.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
