📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing daily laboratory operations and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Performing and supervising a variety of laboratory tests and analyses.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.
  • Training and mentoring junior lab technicians.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Conducting quality control checks and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.
  • Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality control.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
