📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading the recruitment process from start to finish, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve.
• Managing the recruitment budget and ensuring that all recruitment activities are cost-effective.
• Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on recruitment activities and progress.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that recruitment efforts are aligned with business goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
