📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory flow and order fulfillment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to prevent stockouts.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warehouse activities and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven track record of managing warehouse staff and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory control and logistics principles.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
