📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Document patient medical history, progress, and treatments accurately and promptly.,Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the provision of comprehensive and effective patient care.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare trends, practices, and technologies to provide the best possible care to patients.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant healthcare regulatory body.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
