In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we have the right supplies and materials to keep our café running smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement process from start to finish,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors,Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure the best value for the company,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits,Collaborate with other departments to meet their supply needs,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with coffee industry standards and practices is a plus
