📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our medical services and products,Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our services,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases,Following up with leads to schedule appointments and consultations,Assisting in the organization and management of medical events and promotions,Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction,Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals,Adhering to company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Experience in telemarketing or a related field is a plus,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
