📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the National Data Curation Team, ensuring the effective collection, organization, and preservation of data.,Develop and implement data curation policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and accessibility.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.,Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with data management standards and regulations.,Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.,Represent the National Data Curation Team in meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in data curation and management.,Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in data curation, data management, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a research or academic environment.,Strong understanding of data management principles, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with data curation tools and technologies is a plus.,A passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence in data management.
