Sehati Putri Bakery is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Bartender to join our team in Dili. As a Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages to our customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.,Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Interact with customers to take orders and provide excellent customer service.,Manage inventory and place orders for bar supplies as needed.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Assist in the opening and closing of the bar, including cash handling.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Promote and uphold the bar's image and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender or similar role.,Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Valid ID and work permit for Dili.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills is a plus.
