📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product expansion and growth.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to enhance team performance and productivity.,Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts with other business functions.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
