📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and food items to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee machines and food preparation stations.,Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and addressing their needs in a friendly and efficient manner.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of service.,Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.,Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.,Stay up-to-date with menu items and specials, and communicate this information to customers.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.,Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and food service is a plus.,Friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is required.
