Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Create user manuals, quick start guides, API references, and other technical resources,Edit and proofread technical documents for clarity, consistency, and correctness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Experience with API documentation or software development is a plus,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Fluency in English, both written and spoken
