📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell insurance products.,Explain the features and benefits of our insurance products to customers.,Qualify leads and follow up on existing leads to close sales.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.,Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in insurance sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or telesales, preferably in the insurance industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
