📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels and stock control to prevent overstocking or stockouts.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and prevent accidents.,Monitor warehouse metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse transactions.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
