TalentVibe Business Consultancy is seeking a skilled Data Center Operations Engineer (L1.5) to join our team and maintain the backbone of our digital infrastructure. This contract position offers the flexibility to work remotely from the vibrant locations of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. As a Data Center Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining critical IT infrastructure.

In this role, you will work closely with our team of experts to ensure that our data centers are always up and running, providing reliable services to our clients. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security protocols, performing regular maintenance and upgrades, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. With your expertise in data center operations, you will play a crucial role in keeping our digital infrastructure secure and efficient.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and storage systems.
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data and systems from unauthorized access.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients.
• Document all activities and maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations, including server and network administration.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
