📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure they are continuously developing their skills and knowledge.
• Implement and enforce engineering best practices and standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering solutions with other business functions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, tools, and software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MATLAB.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and mentor team members.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex engineering challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
