📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to the sales team, including product demonstrations and technical consultations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess client needs and ensure product compatibility.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, specifications, and installation guides.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure that products meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations for client meetings.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical and sales skills.
• Provide after-sales support and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction and product performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and passion for industrial engineering.
• Basic understanding of industrial equipment, including boilers, heat exchangers, and related systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with technical software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
