As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you'll craft exceptional dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Our restaurant is renowned for its innovative Balinese-Indonesian fusion cuisine, and we're looking for someone who can bring their unique culinary talents to our kitchen.

In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for our guests, ensuring that each meal is a delightful culinary experience. You'll work closely with our head chef and other kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and food safety standards
• Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and served promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients
• Assist in food cost control and inventory management
• Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen
• Participate in kitchen staff meetings and training sessions
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role in a professional kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with kitchen software and tools such as POS systems, inventory management software, and kitchen display systems
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
