As the Chief Mechanic, you'll be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of our heavy machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition to support our construction projects. You'll work closely with our project managers and engineers to troubleshoot issues, implement preventive maintenance strategies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our operational standards and contributing to the success of our projects.

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of heavy machinery and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs with in-house technicians and external vendors.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to optimize equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to maintain high standards of mechanical excellence.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address operational challenges.
• Monitor equipment performance metrics and report on operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.
• Proven track record in managing and supervising maintenance teams.
• Certification in heavy machinery maintenance (e.g., CME, CMP, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with construction equipment and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent).
