As a Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial health. You'll work closely with the finance team to prepare and analyze financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure accurate and timely tax filings. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciling accounts.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, including preparing tax returns, calculating tax liabilities, and managing tax payments.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to support strategic decision-making and budgeting processes.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their financial and accounting skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or taxation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
