📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Curate and manage our houseware product assortment, ensuring it aligns with market trends and customer preferences.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for our houseware products.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the houseware industry.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to meet customer demands and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
• Analyze sales data to identify high-performing products and areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in the retail and procurement sectors.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to network with suppliers and industry professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related role.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
