IT Infrastructure Engineer - Server & Network Management

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network infrastructure
• Monitor and troubleshoot network and server performance issues
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Document all IT processes and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
• Proficient in server and network management tools such as VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, Cisco, and Juniper
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or CISSP are a plus
