📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and conduct food safety audits to ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP standards.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any food safety issues.
• Train and mentor the Food Safety Quality Assurance team on best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and maintain food safety documentation, including HACCP plans, COAs, and corrective action records.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent food safety practices.
• Stay updated on the latest food safety regulations and industry trends.
• Report on food safety performance metrics to senior management.
• Ensure all operations adhere to food safety standards and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food Safety Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, or GMP is a plus.
• Proven experience in conducting food safety audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
