📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Oversee finance and administration functions, ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with local labor laws
• Leverage HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle PeopleSoft to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Work closely with senior management to implement strategic HR initiatives and drive operational excellence
• Develop and maintain a positive company culture, fostering employee engagement and well-being
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA management, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or retail sectors
• Proven track record of successfully managing HR and finance functions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle PeopleSoft
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
