As an Industrial Engineering Staff (IE), you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to streamline operations. Utilizing tools like SAP, Lean Manufacturing principles, and Six Sigma methodologies, you'll be responsible for measuring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive our business forward.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Utilize SAP and other relevant software tools to manage production data and analyze trends.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation in manufacturing.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role.
Proven experience in process optimization, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other relevant methodologies.
Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software tools for production planning and control.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to travel to different production sites as required.
